So I just made a game for Gamejolt's Indies vs. Gamers jam, called SUPER LADDER CLIMBIN'. It's about climbing procedurally generated ladders forever. It's not the most unique game in the world, but I really like it.

Also, here's a neat screenshot of a glitch from early in development (it's been fixed):

Locked Out

So in my last post, I said I wanted to work on game development a lot more, but I really haven't done anything to achieve that goal really in the past 4 months. So anyway, today I sat down and forced myself to finish an old unfinished project that has sitting around for a while. It's called Locked Out and it can be downloaded HERE.

It may be a little unpolished at places, but it was really satisfying to complete a game after so long. Looking at my projects folder, there are few things that could probably be finished within a week or two, so hopefully I'll be releasing a few more games pretty soon.

Apologies, and some other thing

It's been a while since I posted here, and I apologize for that. Other things in my life have been happening, and as a result, game development has been sidelined. But now I have decided to make game development more of a priority.

Anyway, I've decided to release an old game of mine that I made a while ago in a short period of time. It's called ??? lives. After finishing it, I had decided to not to release it, because I was very dissatisfied with it and thought it wasn't that great. My opinion hasn't changed much since then, but I decided that it's been a while since I last released a game, why not just release this old one? So anyway, it can be downloaded HERE.

Fun Car's Trip through the Snowman Forest

I made this game in a few hours today. It's called Fun Car's Trip through the Snowman Forest, and you can download it HERE. It can be considered as a warm-up game for Gamejolt's upcoming glitch game jam, which I'm super excited about and am definitely going to participate in.

THANK YOU CITIZEN FOR YOUR SERVICE has been released! It's fairly short and somewhat creepy. I feel like it tries too hard to be creepy at times, but that's really the only bad thing I can think of about this game. Besides that, it's pretty great. Please download it. Unless you are prone to seizures, in which case you should probably avoid this game.

New Project

I started work on this about a week ago. It uses a graphical style that I really like. It's very short, and I expect it to be done in a few days. Also, I'd just like to say I'm sorry I haven't updated this blog in the past couple of months. I've been busy doing other things, and have been unable to work on my games as much as I would have liked to.

Super Party Simulator!

I made a game for Game Jolt Contest #10. It's called Super Party Simulator, and it's weird game made using twine about throwing a party. I've never thrown a party before, but I'm pretty sure this is what it's like.

Jeremy Explores Halloween Land

I made a game in a few hours yesterday. It's called Jeremy Explores Halloween Land and it's about Jeremy's quest to bring peace to Halloween Land and find the Great Pumpkin. I didn't have much time so it's a little glitchy, but it's a good game other than that.

10 seconds

Ludum Dare #27 was this weekend, and the theme was "10 Seconds." I really didn't have any ideas for that, but tried anyway. The result was a very stupid game that I've decided not to publish because it's so horrible. Really horrible. I'm just going to show you my favorite screen from the game, and never talk about it ever again:
